No you need to have a registered account under your name.

Yes you can, however you need to create a dependent profile first and you will be instructed to do this accordingly on the app. You can add an unlimited number of dependents, family members, colleagues or friends for whom you wish to order medicine for. Information you would to successfully create a profile under your registered account for a dependent is Relationship, First Name, Last Name, Age, Gender & Contact Number. 

Yes. We accept up to 5 prescriptions on per order.

You could upload the prescription or an image of the medicine and mention the duration you require the medicine for and whether you are ordering the medicine for yourself or someone else. Once these steps are completed you will receive a notification via mobile app with regards to the availability of medicine and other available substitute brands.

Yes. Once you upload your prescription, required period and for whom you are ordering for, you will receive a notification via mobile app that your order is being quoted. There you will have two options where you can either ask for an update or type a question. You can use  the option of ‘type a question’ to add the items you require apart from the uploaded prescription 

 Yes. Once you upload your prescriptions, required period and to whom you are ordering, you will receive a notification via mobile app that your order is being quoted. After you receive the quotation, you can confirm the order by reviewing the prices. If you wish, the option to change the order  exists as well.

No, once confirmed the order cannot be changed. You will have to place a new order if you have any additional requirements

Currently we have the option of payment on delivery by either credit/debit card or cash. We will be updating our online payment option soon. You will receive an in app notification once the update is available. 

When an order is placed on the mobile app by uploading an image, customers have the option to make any changes or cancel the request until the estimate/ quotation is confirmed. Once the quotation is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.

No. All medicine prices are regulated & controlled by the authorities and we abide by the pricing structures. We do offer different brand options for customers on request which might have a price advantage. For example, Original brands are expensive compared to SPC brands which are manufactured locally or from India. 

We have two dispatch time slots for a day, 9.30am & 2.00pm. Based on the time you confirm the order, you will be directed to pick the dispatch time available. We aim to deliver every order within a 24-hour time period upon confirmation. Each dispatch time has a cut off time of 2 hours prior, which means if you confirm the order at 8am, you will not be able to pick the delivery dispatch at 9.30am. This is done so that out team will have time to prepare the order accurately.

Our delivery is free if the order value is above Rs. 1000/- within Colombo suburbs. If the order value is less than Rs. 1000 then the delivery fee is Rs. 150 within Colombo suburbs. 

We only have the NMRA (National Medical Regulation Authority) approval for deliveries within Colombo suburbs. Therefore, we do not deliver medicines out of Colombo. However, we do deliver over the counter medicines such as vitamins, nutrition’s, Immune boosters and pain gear Island wide. For deliveries out of Colombo there is an additional fee of Rs. 350/-

We do not recommend purchasing medicines without a valid prescription however, if you have a requirement you could upload an image of the medicine or image of the list of medicines you require and we will have our chief pharmacist attend to your order. We advise that if there is a possibility to handover the prescription to our delivery agent upon delivering your medication for him to take an image of the prescription for our records.

 We at Healthnet, procure medication from our registered suppliers. Our first preference is for original manufacturing pharmaceutical agencies.

Yes, we maintain our own storage for medication as per NMRA (National Medical Regulatory Authorities) approved guidelines. Our inventory is managed by highly trained and professional staff.
